Kalshi

Kalshi is a CFTC-regulated US derivatives exchange — KalshiEX LLC (a Designated Contract Market), cleared by Kalshi Klear LLC (a registered Derivatives Clearing Organization). In June 2026 it launched the first federally regulated crypto perpetual futures in the United States, and now lists 11 USD-settled perpetuals (BTC, ETH, XRP, SOL, HYPE, LINK, LTC, BCH, DOGE, SUI, kSHIB). Contracts use 8-hour funding and are indexed to CF Benchmarks real-time reference rates.
